Review of: New Orleans Garden District

“I considered a self-guided tour but decided to spend the $25 for this two-hour tour of the Garden District and Lafayette Cemetery. It was money well spent! Leonce is clearly knowledgable and obviously loves what he does. Although he’s 80 years old, I could just keep up with the pace he set! Everyone should be aware: it’s two hours of almost non-stop walking on uneven sidewalks, with brief stops for photos & info about the sights. There are no bathroom stops & you might take a bottle of water. Still, I sure learned things that I would have missed on my own. I highly recommend any tour led by Leonce.”
