“I travelled solo to New Orleans so to feel more comfortable decided to start with a walking tour after I first arrived. I chose Historic New orleans tours and was very happy with the choice. Meet up location was great where I could get food and listen to some great music waiting for the meet up.
Tour guide was great (sorry I have forgotten the name). There ended up being only 3 of us on the tour as it was sprinkling/raining on and off so it made it even better. Great tour aquainting us with the area, even took a side trip to see the massive Gingerbread entry with free taste of Gumbo at the Ritz.
A great way to start my stay in New Orleans, learned a bit, saw many of the main sites and felt much more comfortable in enjoying the next two days of my stay.
